Cov cuab yeej thaiv ntawm cov ntsiav tshuaj ntim cov ntawv txhuas yog nws cov khoom tseem ceeb hauv kev tiv thaiv cov tshuaj los ntawm lwm yam. Aluminium ntawv ci muaj cov khoom thaiv zoo heev, uas tuaj yeem cais qhov nkag ntawm lub teeb, oxygen, noo noo thiab lwm yam pa phem. Cov cuab yeej thaiv no muaj peev xwm tswj tau qhov zoo thiab ua tau zoo ntawm cov tshuaj, tiv thaiv oxidation, deterioration thiab paug ntawm cov tshuaj, ncua sij hawm ntev ntawm cov tshuaj, thiab xyuas kom meej tias cov neeg mob tau txais kev kho mob zoo. Qhov thaiv kuj tseem pab txo qis kev sib cuam tshuam ntawm cov tshuaj thiab ib puag ncig sab nraud, tswj kev ruaj ntseg thiab kev ntseeg siab ntawm cov tshuaj, thiab yog ib qho ntawm cov laj thawj tseem ceeb vim li cas cov ntsiav tshuaj ntim cov ntawv txhuas siv dav siv.
